Consumatore:

Pompelmo e succo di pompelmo può interagire con diazePAM e causare effetti collaterali potenzialmente pericolosi. Discutere l'uso di prodotti di pompelmo con il vostro medico. Non aumentare o diminuire la quantità di prodotti di pompelmo nella vostra dieta senza prima parlare con il medico. Non bere alcolici durante l'assunzione di diazePAM. Questo farmaco può aumentare gli effetti dell'alcool. Si può sentire più sonnolenza, vertigini, stanchezza, se prendi diazePAM alcool. Parlate con il vostro medico o farmacista se avete domande o dubbi.

In generale EVITARE di Acuta l'ingestione di alcol può potenziare la depressione del sistema nervoso centrale e altri effetti sul SNC di molte benzodiazepine. Può sviluppare tolleranza cronica di etanolo uso. Il meccanismo può essere ridotta clearance delle benzodiazepine a causa dell'enzima epatico CYP450 inibizione. Inoltre, è stato suggerito che il deficit cognitivo indotto da benzodiazepine può essere aumentata in pazienti cronicamente consumano grandi quantità di alcol.

MONITOR: il succo di Pompelmo può aumentare le concentrazioni plasmatiche di somministrazione orale di farmaci che sono substrati del CYP450 3A4 isoenzima. Tuttavia, l'interazione sembra colpire soprattutto quei farmaci che subiscono una significativa presistemica metabolismo dal CYP450 3A4 (cioè, farmaci con bassa biodisponibilità orale), presumibilmente a causa del fatto che il succo di pompelmo inibisce intestinale piuttosto che epatico CYP450 3A4. Perché interazioni farmacocinetiche che coinvolgono il succo di pompelmo sono spesso soggetti a un elevato grado di variabilità individuale, la misura in cui un paziente può essere colpito è difficile da prevedere.

GESTIONE: i Pazienti devono essere avvertiti di evitare l'alcool durante la terapia di benzodiazepine. I pazienti che consumano regolarmente pompelmo o succo di pompelmo deve essere monitorato per gli effetti negativi e alterato le concentrazioni plasmatiche dei farmaci che subiscono una significativa presistemica metabolismo dal CYP450 3A4. Pompelmo e succo di pompelmo deve essere evitato se un'interazione di sospetto. Succo d'arancia non è previsto per interagire con questi farmaci.
